Screw the authenticity debate, forget the political correctness and whether or not Slumdog Millionaire is overrated.
It brought a spontaneous joy in the nooks of Dharavi, the premise of the film with 2 million dwellers. There is only so much of influence you can expect a fictional movie to wedge.
Slumdog Millionaire is not just another movie.
